Today, I worked on typing for the first part of class. Then I reviewed my video that I did last week and made comments about what I could do better on and what I did well. I then worked on documents. Then I worked on interview questions with my other co-workers.

Today, I started off by reviewing my recorded interview and taking notes on where I needed to improve, as well as what I think I did well on. I then worked on my professional documents, polishing up my resume and my LinkedIn profile. To wrap the day up we went through some interview practice on …

I improved my resume and my interview questions today.

Today in class, we worked on our interview questions and reviewed them with each other. After that, I worked on my weekly self-assessment, and to finish off class, I worked on the “what I did today”.

I did customer service roleplay today.

Today I graduated from Pro Customer Service and Administration. I’m happy to say I’ve enjoyed the challenge and appreciate all the new skills I’ve picked up, as well as strengthening old ones. We worked on roll playing as employees and customers. along with watching and listening to graduation of other students. We also did our end of the month Rose, Bud and Thorn.

Today in class, we worked on our rose thorn stub. We also practiced customer service interactions. To finish off class, we did the graduation.
