Today we went over different job search websites. Our interview questions were:Can you explain why you changed career paths? Why is there a gap in your employment history?What do you like least about your last job?What should I know that is not on your resume?

we started class with typing practice for 15 minutes. a few students spoke about their flyer assignment. then we learned how to create Folders and Nesting. for the rest of the class, we were given time to catch up on homework and take a course from Percipio.

Today, we began with a 15-minute typing practice session. After that, we continued our employee/customer role-play for Sunshine Express Café. Later, Marc showed us how to send calendar invites using Google Calendar. We spent the last half hour learning on Percipio.

We went through three interview questions:Tell me about a time you made a mistake.Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.Give me an example of a time you had a conflict with a coworker.Although these were very hard questions, these are questions that will definitely come up in an interview. thank you Carrie!

After our usual typing practice, we spent the entire class working on our elective assignment. I think Marc is incredibly patient when answering questions and responds to complaints/concerns with genuine empathy.

Jose helped set up our Microsip phone line. For the rest of the class, we worked on our elective project with Marc and Mike.
