Today in class, we worked on our “fix the letter” assignment, and we also had time to work on our “what we did today.”

Today in class, I worked on my accountability assignment, and I also worked on my monthly letter assignment. We looked over the accountability assignment together as a group.

Today in class, we worked on our interview questions and reviewed them with each other. After that, I worked on my weekly self-assessment, and to finish off class, I worked on the “what I did today”.

Today in class, we worked on our rose thorn stub. We also practiced customer service interactions. To finish off class, we did the graduation.

Today in class, we filled out some questions regarding customer service and how we would handle it if we were in contact with a customer. We worked a little bit more on phones, and we called each other and did some scenarios of how the interaction goes between a manager, a customer, and a worker. …

Today in class, we reviewed the test from yesterday and worked a little more on the phones, focusing on leaving messages and setting up a greeting. After that, I worked on my “What I did today”.

Today in class, we set up my phone on the Windows laptop, after that we used the phone to call, and we used made-up scenarios as a customer or a worker. We had independent work time to work on the Pro remote customer service assignment, which was a bunch of different Google items we had …

Today in class, Carrie recorded us doing a 2-question interview. After that, I worked on my interview questions. We then all answered some questions out loud. To finish off the day, we worked on our Pro weekly evaluation and our “What we did today”

In class, we worked on our bio for BerkMart, went over a slideshow, and worked on our what we did todays.

Today in class, we worked on our BerkMart flyers, and a little bit into class, we had our what I think are monthly check-ins with Carrey and Devin. I was able to start my flyer before the check-in in and then I went to do the check-in it which went well in my opinion. After …
