Today we reviewed the Orientation. Set up a new Google Chrome profile and installed several extensions. We got organized with bookmarks, and created a new Password Vault.

Today was the first day of afternoon Computer Technician Training (CTT). I listened to the Core Training Orientation and the CTT Orientation then took a short quiz on it. Today, I completed several onboarding tasks. I set up my Skillsoft account for training access and learned how to clock in using Homebase. The Core Orientation covered workplace expectations, resources, and policies. I also had the opportunity to meet returning participants and hear about their experiences. It was a productive start to the role.

Today I listened to the Core Orientation. I set up my Homebase account and clocked in for the first time. We reviewed a lot of material.

Today we listened to the CTT Orientation, we learned how to create a new Chrome Browser Profile. Then we setup our Chrome Extensions, created a WordPress account and wrapped it up with our first daily blog post.

Today was all about getting set up and oriented in my vocational training! I set up Slack for team communication, created a new Chrome profile for better workspace organization, and tried out the Homebase timeclock for the first time to track my hours.
