What Did I do Today

Today we practiced 15-minute typing, and I got my best score yet. We worked on Customer satisfaction emails as BerkMark employees attending to unsatisfied customers’ concerns. We ended the day with SIP phone calls, practicing with transfers to managers and dealing with customer concerns

What I Did Today

Today started with 15 minutes of typing and a brief orientation on SIP calls using the BerkMart for a store. Employee/Caller switching with partner after scripts were completed individually. We then did the independent challenge. I did fine with the first two, and with the Google Sheets, I still need more training.
