Today Carrie worked with the class about interview questions and let us work and fix are job logs, cover letters and resumes.

Today we did our 3rd week of the month check-in with Carrie, and I received good marks. We worked on creating our “Your WordPress Bio” and Percipio, Customer Service: Discovering Customer Needs.

Today I caught up with the class in scheduling POW appointments for provided health services, POW Appointment Confirmations and Reminders Templates, POW Scheduling Sheets/POW Customer Database.

Today, we continued with Zoom invitation meetings. Everyone was successful. We watched a video of CTP Staff about job postings and the guidelines people should follow. We took notes and summarized them into a Word doc.

My typing is improving. speed is slow, but accuracy is good. I continued to work on my electives, Conquering the Challenges of Public Speaking. I passed with an 87%. The class learned how to schedule a Zoom meeting.

Today I chose a Percipio elective (The Art of Staying Focused). I received a score of 88%. I read “Take a Break” Article from the New York Times. Today I worked on my Pro Elective and finished at 100% I also read over our Accountability Assignment – Virtual Management.

Today I spoke with Carrie in Employee Services, who helped me to figure out my accommodation needs. Carrie is the perfect person for this position. Very kind and empathetic. We worked with Jose, Mike, and Marc on POW Mail Merge – Google Docs. Completed the assignment!

Today we started with 15 minutes of practice typing. I completed my POW Google Slides project. (Power Of Wellness). As a team, we shared our POW project. I was very, very impressed with my classmates’ presentations! Lots of talent!

Today, I turned in my accountability assignment and briefly went over Google Slides with Mike and newcomers in class. Worked on my POW Google Slides project.
