Bay Bridge Management Group is hiring Client Sales Support Representatives to work directly with customers and support AT&T wireless and internet services. This is a customer-facing, entry-level role open to candidates of all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide service support and information
- Answer questions about wireless and internet plans, features, and coverage
- Assist with account setup, enrollment, and next steps
- Explain service options clearly to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintain a professional and consistent customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Escalate issues or questions when appropriate

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, or call centers is a plus, but not required.
