We’re hiring a Dell Warranty Technician to perform onsite hardware repairs and installations for laptops and desktops. This is a contract (1099) role with flexible scheduling and steady weekday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Dell certification (free, online) during onboarding
- Perform onsite repairs (e.g., motherboards, hard drives) at residential and commercial locations
- Pick up replacement parts daily from FedEx and return defective parts after jobs
- Manage service tickets (5–10 per day) and coordinate directly with customers
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware repairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with daily local travel
- Access to a computer and internet
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Pay: $25/hour, paid weekly (Fridays)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
