In person full time Desktop Support Technician. They are looking for a Windows Technician with experience in desktop support within an enterprise environment. Candidates must be able to physically lift and move workstation equipment, handle PC upgrades, imaging, deployment, and provide hardware/software support to minimize downtime. Responsibilities also include tracking support tickets, maintaining SLA guidelines, and assisting with various IT projects while suggesting process improvements.
