Full-time, In-person: IT Level I Support Technician, Fusion Technology Solutions, Healdsburg, CA

This role provides Level 2 IT support for Fusion Technology Solutions’ clients, including troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring PCs, servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and related hardware/software. Responsibilities include end-user support, server maintenance, Tier 1/2 network troubleshooting, remote monitoring, cabling, and technical documentation. The position requires collaboration with clients, problem-solving, and proactive/preventative IT measures. Prior Managed Service Provider experience and customer service skills are essential.

Pay: $28.75 – $34.00 per hour
