Ivo is a fast-growing startup helping companies make sense of their contracts. We’re looking for an IT Manager to take full ownership of our internal IT environment and scale it as we grow.
In this role, you’ll manage identity and access (Okta), oversee our Mac fleet (Kandji), and ensure employees have secure, reliable access to the tools they need. You’ll own onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain office and network infrastructure, and manage core SaaS applications and vendors.
You’ll partner closely with teams across Security, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to support day-to-day IT needs, handle incidents, and contribute to compliance and audit efforts. You’ll also improve documentation, automate workflows, and help shape the future of IT at Ivo.
