Today, Marc assigned us a task to explore local events on Funcheap and then create a Google Calendar invite that included all of our classmates, along with our instructors, Marc and Mike. This assignment helped us practice organization, attention to detail, and professional communication. We also continued working on the POS Training and Square Online Store script. I partnered with Babetee, and we practiced being the employee of Sunshine Express and the customer speaking in a clear and friendly way. The activity was enjoyable and helped strengthen our customer engagement and communication skills.
