Nationwide Lifts is a small, family owned elevator business in need of a Project Coordinator/Office Assistant to support their local office. Responsibilities include scheduling customer installs, manage mechanics’ daily/weekly schedules, answer phones, as well as miscellaneous tasks in the office as assigned. Must be able to meet deadlines, highly organized, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently. **Forklift certification a plus but not required**
