We started by talking about our tech articles. It was interesting to find out about the sims card swap in phones. Not sure how that helps the hacker out, but everyone evil has their own things on what they need. We joined the Pro Customer class and did customer scenarios and played the roles of the customer and the employee. That was fun and helpful.
