Today I watched a tutorial video in employment services, it explained the features and how to create a LinkedIn profile. I worked on creating my own profile, and the rest of the time was spent working on interview questions.

Today I presented my tech article with the rest of the class. A proof reading assignment was given out, and I did as much as I could in the time that was given. The rest of the day was spent celebrating and relaxing, and everyone shared our highlights of the month.

Today I learned about 3CX and did an exercise with it. We practiced phone scripts with different scenarios designed to test phone and people skills.

Today I worked on an Independent challenge which had several parts. For one, I worked on a document, and the other exercise was working in google sheets, for the rest of the day I worked on skillsoft.

Today I worked on my resume and discussed various topics on the workplace. I updated my job log with my cover letter, and went over interview questions.

Today I presented my tech article, and participated with the class. Almost everyone’s articles related to AI, it’s popular right now, for the last two hours I worked on labs.

Today I started on the advanced lab and updated my ticket. I had a check-in with Carrie and Devin, which went well. I am starting to see what I need to work on most, and right now I need to work on asking for help more when I get stumped. I was able to run …

Today started with the instructor explaining the lab project for this week. I am still getting used to posting tickets and summaries. I made some progress though, and was able to partially complete my virtual machine setup for drive imaging.

Today I presented my first tech article, everyone had interesting picks for their articles, and the presentations were nice. For the rest of the day we worked on our lab projects, it feels like I’m falling behind, because I still don’t understand a lot of the processes in this project. I hope I don’t get …
