Started a lab and did not get very far at all… Slack posts presentations. Mine took a lot of time as everyone had input or comments. Didn’t get to return to lab. Hoping to dedicate some time to it by Monday.

Re-cloned Windows because my first one didn’t work for some reason. Had a one-on-one with Carrie, regarding Employment Services Returned to get AnyDesk and continued with Remote Connectivity Lab; adding to Ticket

Worked on Tickets for Pre-lab Remote Connectivity. Got Windows 10 Installed. Working on Cloning then going back to finish lab. This is CHALLENGING to me, but thanks to Billy (our instructor was out due to illness), he helped step by step for myself and another student. Thank you, Billy!

We worked on Employment Service. STILL locked out on LinkedIn and unfortunately haven’t been able to login as ALL the emails provided. HELP ME 😀 Today was good overall. I loved the interaction and questions we had over the entire class.

Typing tests. Didn’t get to do the extra credit label thing for the Event… Might do it anyway since I want to know how. Got introduced to my new fellow students, YAY! Started my BerkMart Slideshow and having fun… probably “too much fun”… think that’s it

Was out sick yesterday. Almost caught up with the, “BerkMart Event Project”. In working with sheets, remember if you didn’t create it from a blank sheet & your formula isn’t working… CHECK the COLOR of the FONT!! LOL

Today is our first day back after others graduated the Friday before last. We went over, “Tools for Focusing”, which I found extremely helpful as it gave me ideas for balancing work. Worked on typing – IMPROVEMENT (57 WPM @ 97%) and got to work on Percipo towards the end of class.

Today we presented our Tech Articles that were posted to slack. I enjoyed our discussion on AI. After we had some time to work on our End of the Month Reflection (Rose, Bud, Thorn) and it made me feel hopeful that I will use this opportunity to see potential for growth rather than defeat. This …

Today we did, “POW Written Customer Service Responses”. When I came back to class we did “PRO Managing Phone Calls POW!” It seemed like today went really fast. We went through each scenario and did not rotate, so I think next time we will rotate to ensure that everyone gets to be a caller.
