I did fantastic on typing test Today we worked on mail merge together I took a benchmark and didn’t do so good. watched recommended videos re: benchmark.

Well…today would have been a good day if I needed to be absent. Not much new material except mail merge. I was impressed with my typing test. 53 wpm with 100% accuracy. I worked on my accountability homework and started on a Percipio course. I also did an email that is required once a month.

Well…I thank God for Marc who helped my with my computer. I took an orientation test after listening to more orientation. Watched slide presentation and have been working on mine. I get so stressed out, it’s not even a joke. I don’t know if i can do what is required of me.

Today we worked on the phone system. Taking and making calls with each other in scenarios for pretty much the whole time. Towards the end, we were assigned written responses from customers. I only got one done. I did pretty good on the 15 minute typing.

It was the Friday class, which means the employment focus. I worked on some questions on the interview questions. I was shown the 65 questions for interview and I’m excited to explore that later.
