Today I completed three Skillsoft assignments.

Today Mike assisted me in arranging time to focus on Skillsoft courses.

Today we did a Google sheet exercise.

Today we started the day with 15 minutes of typing. Following that, we reviewed Google Docs which then guided us to our in-class assignment.

Today marked the beginning of the second month of professional training. We reviewed this week’s agenda, which included a new assignment for the week. We started the day with an orientation to welcome the new students and took a quiz.

Today we watched a short video on how to best use the telephone when interacting with customers. For the rest of the class period, I went into a breakout room to finish up a few late assignments that I needed to do.

Today I got a chance to listen to a professional voice message and practice leaving my message. we also wrote customer service responses in a mock feedback assignment.
