Today we reviewed the phone setup, skills, and script that we will be doing in the upcoming days. Most of the day we did a three-part independent challenge assignment where we practiced our skills from previous things we learned in Essentials and Bootcamp.

Today I participated in point-of-sale training for Berkmart. I role-played as a cashier with another classmate.

Today I got started on the elective project. I also got started on the accountability assignment. I plan to continue to work independently this evening on the assignments.

Today, we attended an employment service presentation, forwarded a potential volunteer opportunity to our instructor via email, updated our job lo, and shared icebreakers with the class.

Today our focus was twofold. Firstly we dedicated time to fine-tuning our tools for accountability assignment. Simultaneously we embarked on a new project centered around Google Docs formatting.

Today, we dedicated the majority of our day to working on our event project. The instructors led us to breakout rooms to address any questions we had. I’ve made significant progress on the project.

Today’s lesson plan focused on setting home tabs. Additionally, we covered Google Sheets and initiated our event project.

Today marked the kickoff of core training, where we delved into the orientation to outline the curriculum for the rest of the course.
