I did my day normally, while taking a call for a job I applied to. Another difference is that I decided to find job listings for CTP for 2 hours, instead of 1. I plan to keep applying to jobs myself.

Today, we started off with touch-typing practice. I did over 90 wpm on my first score, but that went down to the mid-to-high range within 80 wpm for my next one. Today I turned in my Percipio assignment, watched the video: Customer Service Counts, Mike demonstrated how to use Google Docs. Everyone participated in the Independent Challenge.

Today, I started off with some typing practice to warm up. After we watched a video on customer service and some tips on helping customers effectively. Today we overviewed the schedule for this week’s module involving business phone calls and establishing basic phone skills. We spent the rest of the time working on an independent challenge from the instructors that tested our independent understanding of google documents, google sheets, and general technical computer skills.

Typed for 15mins, watched a video about customer service in the workplace with not only customers but coworkers/Bosses as well, learned to be polite, listen, find solutions, helping people when they are stressed by being calm, and did the independent challenge.

Today I had my individual challenges, on Google Docs, Sheets, and Zoom. That took up most of class, after typing and a quick review of a couple Docs tips. After I turned those all in, I started on this week’s accountability assignment and watched part of a Percipio course.

I did typing. Also, I watched a Customer Service Counts video.

I found and shared 5 upcoming job fairs, as well as 14 job listings. I then worked on the emergency food lists where I added 5 new ones. I then switched to emergency funds and add 3 new resources.
