What I Did Today!

Today we did more work with 3CX and also responding to various customer feedbacks and questions. I utilized both ChatGPT and CoPilot to assist writing responses, it was good practice to both come up with responses to customer feedback and use available tools to refine my responses.

What I did today…

First I was reviewed on our Independent work project yesterday that I did not finish, nor was I happy about. Learning in the beginning can be fun and not such fun. Today we worked on learning and practically practicing making calls using the 3CX system. Also, we practiced professionally taking phone messages.

What I Did Today!

Today we practiced using the 3CX phone system. It was nice to loosen up and follow a script because I have been very nervous in the past when answering phones. We also reviewed taking down important information from voicemails in order to deliver accurate messages.
