- Support customers on the phone, via email and face to face
- Manage complex orders of stock and custom products
- Manage order content, customer information, product knowledge and documentation both in our ERP software and offline/manually
- Coordinate deliveries/pickups/returns directly with customers or their 3rd party carriers
- Collaborate with our quality assurance, purchasing/production, delivery, accounting and sales teams to ensure accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction
- General office duties (filing, data entry, answering phones, email correspondence, etc)
