StoragePro Management, Inc. is looking for full-time Customer Service Representative to be a member of their call center. This position is 100% remote with the company HQ’d in Walnut Creek, CA. Candidate must be a CA resident. Must be proficient with MS Officed (Word, Excel, Outlook), a self-starter, and have experience in customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones and inquiries from potential customers, maintain customer account information, and resolve customer issues. Evening shift.
