Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is in need of a full time Customer Service Representative to work at their Concord, CA location. Must have experience with check cashing, be detail oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include handling customers’ check cashing, money transfer and payment of fees transactions with accuracy, enter and maintain customer information with meticulous detail into point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain internal and external store appearance. Proficient in MS Office, POS, and other computer systems. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
