Executive/Personal Assistant – To Bestselling Author – Mill Valley, CA

Internationally known author and thought leader needs a Personal Assistant who enjoys working in a quiet, in-home office assisting he and his wife, who runs the PR side of his work. This is a unique opportunity to help an author with researching, drafting, and summarizing his next books as well as media appearances. He or she will be proficient in many areas such as: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI tools. Manage other tech tools like Zoom, Google Docs, Dropbox, MS Office, etc. Day-to-day tasks range from personal errands to business and personal travel planning and preparation, to tech set-up so that the author is focused on his writing. 30 – 40 hours per week, on-site at his Mill Valley home office, day-time only.
