Answering and directing phone calls. Answering general inquiries from staff, clients, or the public. Handling mail, emails, and other forms of communication. Creating, updating, and organizing both physical and digital files. Inputting information into databases and other systems. Organizing and storing documents, both physical and electronic. Using computers, telephones, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
