The Client Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist at Mission Pet Hospital plays a key role in supporting a busy, 8-veterinarian practice that offers both general and specialty veterinary services in San Francisco’s Mission District. In this position, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including managing phones, scheduling appointments, checking in and discharging patients, processing financial transactions, and assisting with prescription refills and international health certificates. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and stress-management skills, along with familiarity with veterinary software (VIA experience is a plus). At least one year of veterinary setting experience is preferred. Listed pay is: $23 to $26 an hour.
