Have a passion for repairing things. Responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Use a variety of tools to troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Pay: $27.00 per hour
