Help Desk Technician Tier 1 – Computer Engineering Group, Napa CA

$22-$27/hr. Full-time. In-person.

– Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person in alignment with department SLA’s metrics.
– Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
– Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
– Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
– Document all support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
– Must always be aware of the schedule and communicate with Dispatch Team when changes are needed.
– Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
