The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to convert leads into clients through persuasive and empathetic communication. This role involves accurately entering client data into CRM systems, engaging with prospective clients and referral sources, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and sales teams to meet shared goals. Representatives will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, nurture long-term client relationships, and act as trusted advisors while maintaining detailed knowledge of all IOA programs and enrollment processes. Successful candidates bring 3–5 years of call center or sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and a goal-driven mindset, with bilingual Spanish skills and CRM experience as added advantages.

Listed pay is $26 to $30 an hour.
