As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in guiding both current and prospective customers through their bicycle purchases and service needs. You’ll communicate directly with customers—primarily in person—explaining bike features, assisting in selecting models, batteries, accessories, and handling onboarding and payments. This role also involves managing client accounts, inspecting bikes, issuing fines, and using ERP systems and automation tools to address requests. You’ll support store operations by tracking inventory, preparing sales reports, maintaining store organization, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Flexibility in scheduling, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are essential to ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
M-F shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $19 to $23 an hour.
