Hello. I gained a new appreciation for schedulers today! They make it look easy. There is always a first time to try to do something new. Today our class practiced signing clients up for a POW membership. Then we role-played booking a massage for POW clients. Finally, we sent a confirmation e-mail to the customer reminding them of the massage appointment they reserved. More to practice. The first steps are difficult but worthwhile.
