Provide specialized technical support services. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. Work with technical team to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely maintenance, repair, and installation of Flytech Technology products. Experience with PC and OS troubleshooting, repair and support. Strong problem-solving skills. Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour.
