Job Title: Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Service Desk Analyst​

Job Summary: Provide Level 1 technical support to English and Mandarin-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer general IT end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware (laptops, iPads, desktops, printers) and software (proprietary applications).
  • Reset passwords and assist with “how-to” questions.
  • Document and categorize all support tickets accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and professional interactions.​

Qualifications:

  • 6–12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
  • 6–12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral).
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekdays from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST.​
