Job Title: Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary: Provide Level 1 technical support to English and Mandarin-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer general IT end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware (laptops, iPads, desktops, printers) and software (proprietary applications).
- Reset passwords and assist with “how-to” questions.
- Document and categorize all support tickets accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues with detailed documentation.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and professional interactions.
Qualifications:
- 6–12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
- 6–12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and oral).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekdays from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST.
