What I did Today

Today I practiced Customer Phone Service responses as both Caller and Receiver, learning how to put people on “hold” or “transfer” them to others. It was a relatively simple class, and doing the Independent Challenges wasn’t difficult at all except for an odd problem with not being able to insert the Table of Contents into the Google Document even though I know how to do so but the option wasn’t there for me to do so no matter what I tried. I look forward to these small challenges as it’s pretty fun to be put to the test on what we know and learned.
