Today, we began class with our usual 15-minute typing practice. After that, we watched a video on customer service. My key takeaway from the video was the importance of asking questions and actively listening to the customer. We then spent the rest of the class working on the three-part independent challenge. I thought this was a great practice assignment that reinforced what we’ve learned so far in PRO.
