Today we did, “POW Written Customer Service Responses”. When I came back to class we did “PRO Managing Phone Calls POW!” It seemed like today went really fast. We went through each scenario and did not rotate, so I think next time we will rotate to ensure that everyone gets to be a caller.

Today we are doing a new assignment to use the MicroSIP more. Then we did the scenarios but, it’s different scenario acts about POW.

Happy I was able to attend…. I got one of my best typing speeds 52 wpm. I received clarification on Google docs on saving docs to my desktop. We worked on e-mails to customers. Then we working on the warm transfers.

Started off class with typing tests. Then continued with a test consisting of email responses to customers that have a question about power of wellness.

Today we worked on typing practice. We worked on written customer service responses. We worked on transfers and holds using MicroSIP phone system.

For the first hour I added job listings to the CTP website, focusing on San Francisco and nearby cities. In the second hour I worked on the emergency food list for Orange County. In the last hour I continued the search for companies for the DEI list.
