Working under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor or Center Manager, the specialist offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive care while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a collaborative, equity-centered team environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to assess risk, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. A background in psychology or social services and Spanish language proficiency are strongly preferred.
