The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service in a luxury dealership environment. Key duties include maintaining a clean and stocked lounge area, supporting service advisors in achieving customer satisfaction goals, assisting managers with administrative tasks, and participating in dealership events. The role also involves cashiering, answering phones when needed, and cross-training receptionists. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to meet ongoing training and certification requirements from both indiGO and Porsche.
Listed pay is $25 to $28 an hour.
