The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing hotel reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. Key duties include maintaining accurate records of room availability, handling reservations and cancellations, issuing keys, posting charges to guest accounts, and assisting with guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions. The role requires knowledge of front office procedures, laws and regulations, and the ability to use persuasive selling techniques to promote hotel services. The agent coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance, handles guest complaints professionally, and may assist with concierge tasks or public area cleanliness as needed. Strong communication, customer service, and professionalism are essential.

8 hour day shift, with evenings as needed.

Listed pay is: $18.48 to $22.26 an hour.
