Full Time, On Site: Desktop Support Analyst In San Francisco

IT technician providing support to 15 employees. Responsible for providing level 1-2 onsite technical support. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, imaging and upgrading devices, they are an 0365 and Windows 10 environment. Interpersonal skills and comfortable providing face to face support. Posses time management skills to prioritize tasks, work independently and remotely to accomplish a set of tasks and can efficiently supervise vendor visits and ensure site work gets done. Common Technologies: Exchange, 0365, Active Directory, Printer Support, AV support, Imaging solutions.
