Customer Service Representative I/II (Sonoma Clean Power, Full time, In person, Santa Rosa, CA.)

The Customer Service Representative I/II role serves as the first point of contact for Sonoma Clean Power (SCP) customers, focusing primarily on handling telephone inquiries and providing responsive, patient, and efficient service. The position supports both the Customer Service and Customer Center teams and involves interacting with both internal staff and the public. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, exercise sound judgment, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

M-F, 8 hour shifts.

Listed pay is: $28.85 to $40.87 an hour.
