The Front Desk Agent is responsible for efficiently managing guest check-ins and check-outs, informing guests about hotel amenities, addressing guest requests and concerns, and providing local area information. The role requires strong communication skills, proper phone etiquette, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be professional and adaptable, with weekend and holiday availability. Duties may also include parking vehicles and handling luggage up to 50 pounds, with prior hospitality experience considered a plus.
8 hour day and night shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
