Customer Service Manager (Michael’s Stores, In person, Full time, Santa Rosa, CA.)

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the store team, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for both store conditions and team results. This role involves planning and executing in-store events, managing omnichannel processes, executing shrink and safety programs, and assisting with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory tasks. The manager is also responsible for onboarding and training new team members, coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier), and contributing to talent development. Additionally, the Customer Service Manager serves as the Manager on Duty (MOD), interacts with customers, resolves issues, and ensures that store operations align with organizational goals. In stores without a Framing Manager, the role also includes overseeing custom framing operations.

M-F with weekends as needed.

Listed pay is: $18.80 to $28.40 an hour.
