PRco, Inc. is in need of a full-time Customer Care Associate who is detail oriented, adaptable, and capable of supporting various team members as needed. Responsibilities include entering & managing data in company database; transcribe & distribute voice mails; proofreading; operate office equipment (i.e. scanners, copiers); provide timely and professional customer service via live chat, phone calls, and voicemail. Proficient in web browsers, data entry, 10-key, and email software. 8:30am – 5:00pm (Monday thru Friday).
