  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and decision logs.
  • Assist project managers and engineers with scheduling, tracking deadlines, and ensuring proper document version control.
  • Manage project-specific SharePoint sites and coordinate stakeholder communications and meetings.
  • Provide basic Revit-related support, such as printing, without requiring advanced technical skills.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to project requirements and accuracy standards.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to optimize team efficiency.
  • Handle email correspondence and inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.
  • Enter and manage data with precision to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
