- Provide basic Revit-related support, such as printing, without requiring advanced technical skills.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to project requirements and accuracy standards.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to optimize team efficiency.
- Handle email correspondence and inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.
- Enter and manage data with precision to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
