Administrative Assistant – 3545 Consulting-Global, US (remote)

  • Maintain multiple calendars in MS Outlook
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions for clients
  • Handle collections of past due invoices, including communication with clients via email or phone.
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Make travel arrangements for company employees as needed
  • Prepare and send out quotes to prospective clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
