In person full time IT Support Specialist. They are looking for someone to provide onsite desktop support by independently and collaboratively resolving technical issues, handling service desk calls and Level 1 escalations, and coordinating with vendors on projects and escalations. They are looking for someone to provide remote and onsite IT support by responding to Helpdesk tickets and calls, resolving hardware/software issues, maintaining systems, supporting desktop and telephone setups, and escalating complex problems to vendors as needed. This job is located in Stockton California.
