During the session, we continued role playing the Power of Wellness appointment booking process, followed by a role-play exercise focus on taking customer ordering from POW store. On the third hour, we conducted research on United Business Bank and reviewed potential interview questions in preparation for upcoming mock interview tomorrow with United Business Bank.
