Here is a Helpdesk position on Dice in Yountville California. You will, Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for a variety of devices, including PCs, printers, TVs, credit card readers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Collaborate with onsite employees and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT leadership as needed.
Assist in improving guest-facing technologies and enhancing operational workflows.
Create and update documentation for IT systems, including troubleshooting guides and internal processes.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of end-users, including training and application access setup.
Provide weekend and after-hours support to address critical business needs.
Ensure the proper functioning of Wi-Fi networks and audiovisual systems used within the hospitality environment.
Support IT security measures and protocols to safeguard company systems.
The Pay is anywhere between $30- $33 an hour (40 hour work week)
